Mark your calendars for our fourth annual CycleFest presented by NCM and MGM Resorts International! We'll be outside all day with free, family-friendly activities that inspire children and families to gear up for a summer full of outdoor riding. This block party-style event will include bicycle rodeos, safety gear sizing and giveaways, bicycle maintenance workshops, arts and crafts, raffles, live entertainment and much more.
The Alexander Lance Booker Child Safety Foundation, who co-founded the original CycleFest with NCM, will donate refreshments and items for the raffle.
The event is free, and children who complete certain outdoor activities will receive a coupon for $2 off admission to the Museum between 12 and 4 p.m. Visit our calendar for a full list of indoor activities that day.
CycleFest raffle participants and exhibitors include:
CycleFest will take place directly outside the Museum on American Way (between St. George Boulevard and Fleet Street). Visitors are encouraged to bring their own bicycles or tricycles and ride to National Harbor via the Woodrow Wilson Bridge Trail. We'll have plenty of outdoor bike parking, but please remember to bring your own lock!
Visitors driving to the Museum are encouraged to take National Harbor Boulevard up to St. George Boulevard rather than Waterfront Street to avoid congestion.
