When the new National Children’s Museum opens in 2013 it will be a world class cultural and educational center committed to serving kids from all over the country. In the meantime, NCM continues to touch the lives of countless children through its innovative Museum Without Walls program. And you can play a part…

The National Children’s Museum is always seeking passionate and energetic volunteers for a variety of community outreach and education programs. With a mission to inspire kids to care about and improve the world, NCM programming utilizes performances, presentations, and hands-on activities to engage children with the world around them. Programs are held throughout the Washington, DC area.

Volunteering is a great way to show your support of the National Children’s Museum and to become a part of the NCM family. Those with an interest in working with children of all ages from diverse families are especially well suited to volunteer at the National Children’s Museum.
