In the meantime, NCM continues to touch the lives of countless children through its innovative Museum Without Walls program. And you can play a part…

The National Children’s Museum is always seeking passionate and energetic volunteers for a variety of community outreach and education programs. With a mission to inspire kids to care about and improve the world, NCM programming utilizes performances, presentations, and hands-on activities to engage children with the world around them. Programs are held throughout the Washington, DC area.

Volunteering is a great way to show your support of the National Children’s Museum and to become a part of the NCM family. Those with an interest in working with children of all ages from diverse families are especially well suited to volunteer at the National Children’s Museum.
