Exercise is important for the whole family, so keep your body in motion! Discover fun activities that make you strong and healthy during the summer. Special activities like spoon and "egg" relays, freeze dancing, Simon Says, and jumping jack contests will take place throughout the day. Grownups and kids can also pick up some useful tips on healthy living.
